Walk-behind screeds

Easy Strike walk behind screed

  • Board lengths: 1.82, 2.44, 3.00, 3.66, 4.26
  • A dedicated surface leveling tool
  • Petrol engine
  • Stepless centrifugal force/frequency

The Tremix Easy Strike walk behind screed is intended for leveling newly placed concrete. The reliable 4-stroke Honda GX35 petrol engine has a low noise and exhaust level. The engine is easy to start and features low fuel consumption. No oil mixing is necessary. The eccentric weight holder, the board and the handles are made of cast aluminum for low weight, combined with power. The handles and other steel parts are chrome-plated, which protects the surfaces against corrosion. Efficient vibration dampers protect the engine. Double vibration dampening between the eccentric and the handles reduces the vibrations in the handles. The operating handles are height-adjustable for operator comfort and foldable to facilitate transport. The guard over the engine acts as a shock absorber and a lifting clamp. The eccentric weight is steplessly adjustable for optional choice of centrifugal force and frequency. Therefore, the walk behind screed is suitable for work in different concrete mixes. Easy Strike is service-friendly. Concrete slabs should be compacted with a Tremix poker vibrator before leveling for thorough vibration.

BFE / BFP walk behind screed

  • Working width 2.0 m
  • Depth vibration effect
  • Variable vibration
  • 230 V, single phase or petrol engine

The Tremix vibratory walk behind screed is intended for leveling fresh concrete. The machine is easy and comfortable to work with. It leaves level and smooth surfaces that normally do not require any adjustment afterwards. The walk behind screed is light and can easily be handled by one person. The board has no notches and therefore cannot sink into the concrete. The frequency is variable thanks to stepless speed regulation. By turning the handle tube, the working angle can be increased or reduced in order to achieve the best possible surface and to have a comfortable working position. The Tremix vibratory walk behind screed is available in two different versions: a 230 V, 1-phase electric motor or a petrol engine. Electric version BFE: The handle can be extended up to a total length of about 3.6 m. The motor is provided with an electronically controlled speed regulator. The main switch and the speed control on the handle are easy to operate. The motor is robust and reliable, safely enclosed in a metallic casing. Petrol-powered version BFP: The handle consists of two parts, each 1.8 m long, making it up to 3.6 m. The throttle control is positioned on the handle tube and easily accessible for the operator. The 4-stroke Honda engine is provided with a recoil start and a membrane carburetor. The reliable engine is easy to start, running evenly over the whole range of revolutions. Concrete slabs thicker than 100mm should be compacted with a Tremix poker vibrator before leveling for thorough vibration.

BFH manual screed

  • Board length: 2.0 m
  • Handle extensible up to 12 m

The Tremix BFH hand-operated walk behind screed is intended for leveling fresh concrete. It is possible to increase the handle length up to 12 m with extension tubes. The contact surface of the hand-operated walk behind screed can easily be adjusted by means of a reliable angle adjustment device.
The hand-operated walk behind screed is particularly suitable for adjustment and rectification work far away in the casting bay as well as at shorter distances.
