With a diameter of 615 mm and a strong rotating protection ring, the trowel allows operation close to walls and edges, and in other confined spaces. The protection ring is made of cast aluminum, which combines high strength and low weight.

The handle is adjustable in height for operator comfort and control over the work. It is also foldable in order to facilitate transport and storing. The trowels can be ordered with a quick-pitch or screw pitch control for blade adjustment.

On the front side of the trowel there is a lifting and service device made of steel. Changing blades is easy by tilting the machine forward.

The Tremix power trowels are equipped with a petrol engine and are high-performance machines for the finishing of newly placed concrete surfaces.

With a stepless engine speed, these trowels provides optimum floating and trowelling results.

The handle is adjustable in height, with all controls easily accessible for the

operator. The power transmission is carried out through a belt gear with V-belt to a worm gear. If the operator loses control of the machine, the dead man’s grip immediately disengages the belt drive. On the front side of the chassis there is a large carrying handle for lifting by hand. This device also acts as a support when the machine is tilted forward for maintenance, cleaning or changing working tools.

The Tremix power trowel G1229 with a petrol engine is a high performance trowel for floating and trowelling newly placed concrete surfaces.

For high performance in both floating and trowelling, the working speed (output shaft speed) is stepless and variable from 60 to 115 rpm.

All controls are easily accessible from the operating position. If the operator loses control of the machine it stops immediately. The operating handle is made of square tube for good operating stability. On the front side of the guard ring there is a high and large carrying handle for manual raising or to act as a support when the machine is tilted for changing or cleaning working tools.

The trowelling blades are reversible for double life.

The Tremix power trowel G Combi E is an electrically powered combination machine.

The trowelling diameter is adjustable in three positions; 850, 915 and 980 mm. The diameter is easily modified by moving the blades inwards or outwards along the blade shafts.

Adjustment of the blade angle at trowelling is within easy reach from the operating position.

The steel grate covers allow a perfect visibility of the trowelling work.

The Tremix RIDER 2000 double ride-on is a power trowel for finishing fresh concrete surfaces.

The machine is easily maneuvered with two handle-levers in front of the operator. A “dead man’s” switch is placed on each handle lever. If the operator looses control and releases the grip, the trowel stops. A big and well-placed foot pedal for the engine speed is easy to use and gives a good speed control.

A strong and steady protection ring is highly resistant against shocks and hits. The blades are easily adjusted by turning the two hand wheels, one for each side. The blades are easily changed or loosened thanks to quick split pins. No tools are required.

The Rider 2000 is equipped with a Honda GX670, 2-cylinder 20 hp engine. The transmission system is fully mechanical.

The Tremix Pro Rider double ride-on trowel is an easy-to-run power trowel for finishing large concrete surfaces.

The machine is controlled by two joysticks and two foot pedals, one adjusting the revolutions of the Honda engine, the other opening/closing the valves to the hydraulic engines. This allows a stepless start of the trowel. The “hydraulic pedal” also serves as a dead man’s grip.

The machine can be run at a very low speed, about 40 rpm, and the maximum speed is approximately 140 rpm.

The Pro Rider double ride-on trowel is highly versatile since it is easy to adjust the pressure upon the concrete surface to match the concrete hardness via a toggle switch. The Joystick-control makes controlling the machine handy and less tiring for the operator, who can use the trowel more efficiently.

The Tremix GS 401 universal machine is a high-efficiency, low-weight machine intended for confined areas. The machine works equally well on both roughly and finely filled surfaces. The GS 401 is easy to run, robust and reliable. The operating controls are placed on the handle. The machine is provided with a "dead man's" grip safety device, which features a lightly spring-loaded, turnable grip. At start, the grip must be turned forwards so that the safety switch connects and acts upon the contactor of the machine. The handle is foldable and lockable in a comfortable working height. The transport wheels and the foldable handle facilitate transport. A grinding plate with stones is used for the removal of concrete splash on floors and for filling grinding. A rubber coated grinding plate with grinding paper is used for fine filling. The working tools are easily interchangeable ­ only a hexagon wrench is needed. For finishing smaller areas in repair jobs and for the prefab industry, there are accessories such as a floating disc and trowelling blades. In other words, the Tremix GS 401 universal machine is a highly versatile tool.
