The TREMIX Vibroflex is an efficient surface vibrator for vibration and leveling of concrete in bay widths up to 7 m. Since the screed is built as a modular system, its length can be adapted to different casting widths. The machine is transported in sec­tions to be assembled on site.

The screed consists of 2 m sections, 1 m sections, end sections and a vibration unit with electrical equipment.  The standard end sections measuring 0.1 m in length are provided with comfortable lifting handles for transporting the screed.  End extension pieces of  0.2m, 0.3 m and 0.4 m are available as accessories, allowing the total length to be adjusted in 100 mm steps.

The Tremix SVE/SVB flex screed is made of a self-supporting framework of lightweight, strong aluminum. The sections are available in standard lengths of 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0 m. The length of the end section with drive unit is 0.3 m, which gives standard lengths of for example 5.3 m. The assembly is quick and easy, as the sections are connected with two bolts and the weight of a section is just 17 kg/m. The vibrator shaft runs internally along the sections and is fitted with eccentric weights evenly distributed along the entire length, producing a regular vibration along the entire screed.

The Tremix SME (electric) and SMP (petrol powered) surface vibrators for bay widths up to 6 m are used for most types of concrete floors. The depth effect is 100-150 mm depending on the concrete consistency and the beam length. Thicker concrete slabs should be compacted with a Tremix poker vibrator before leveling for thorough vibration.

The Tremix surface SME and SMP vibrators consist of two main parts: Tremix Beam S 100 and Tremix Vibrator Unit ME 100 for electric drive or Tremix Vibrator Unit MP for petrol drive. An adjustable tensioning device prevents profiles from sagging due to the weight of the vibrator unit. A switch with reversing mechanism is mounted on a separate clamp fixed to one end of the beam.

The vibrator unit is straddled on the profiles and may be moved to a beam of another length.

Standard beam lengths: 3.2, 4.2, 5.2 and 6.2 m.

The Tremix SMEH/SMPH surface vibrator is used for working bay widths from 6 to 12 m. The depth effect is 100 to 150 mm depending on the concrete consistency and the length of the beam. Thicker concrete slabs should be vibrated with a Tremix poker vibrator before leveling. The screed consists of two main parts: Tremix S 150 beam and Tremix ME 150 electric vibrator unit or Tremix MP vibrator unit for petrol drive. The S 150 beam consists of two 150 mm tall Tremix light alloy profiles. The 8.0 m beam may also be delivered in sections for ease of transport. The beam is strengthened with cross stays. Beam lengths over 8 m are delivered in two sections. The switch with reversing mechanism is mounted on a separate clamp fixed to one end of the beam. Tremix offers various accessories such as Tremix outriggers, which are used when the surface vibrator is run on elevated track rails and skates to be used directly on the reinforcement. The skates can be adjusted to several heights. Standard beam lengths: 6.2, 7.2, 8.0, 8.4,  9.4, 10.4, 11.4 and 12 m.
