The TREMIX MPA mechanical poker series is a top of the line poker of high quality for demanding constructions sites. The 6m long hose allows the worker a good reach without moving the drive unit. Made of high quality steel, the tube and end-cap are heat hardened, providing a long life time. A range covering from 25mm up to 75mm provides solutions for most applications.

The TREMIX MPZ mechanical poker series is an economical and reliable poker for medium-sized construction sites. Made of high quality steel parts, this poker provides high acceleration inside medium to high slump concrete. Its 5m long hose is sufficient to cover most applications.

Suitable drive units are the TREMIX DRP or DRD units.

The TREMIX DRP or DRD are reliable drive units with a high output. Fuel consumption and maintenance costs are low.

The DRP is equipped with an oil alert sensor that stops the engine if the oil level is too low.

Thanks to its diesel engine, the DRD is a perfect match in terms of fuel with all other machines that can be found in larger construction sites running on diesel.

The Tremix Minivib is the lightest poker vibrator in the Tremix range. It is particularly suitable for vibrating thin concrete layers with light reinforcement, for columns, foundations and all kinds of supplemental work. The Tremix Minivib is very easy to run. The design allows the operator to work with the poker either horizontally or vertically. The vibrator is powered by a single-phase electric motor, connected to a wall socket-outlet for 230 V.
A combination of high frequency and great centrifugal force ensures quick and efficient vibration of the concrete. The change of flexible shaft is quickly made by means of a quick-action coupling. Simple design for easy service. Permanent-greased bearings. With low noise and low vibrations in the handle, this is a very user-friendly machine.

The Tremix Maxivib is a handy poker vibrator, particularly suitable for vibrating thin concrete layers with light reinforcement, columns and for a wide range of small and middle-sized concrete jobs. Maxivib consists of an electric drive unit, a flexible shaft and a vibrator head with a rotating eccentric weight. The robust drive unit is insulated and powered by a single-phase electric motor, connected to a wall socket-outlet for 230 V, or 110 V single-phase. The flexible drive consists of a strong rubber casing with a rotating flexible inner core. The inner core is greased with a special heat-resistant grease. The eccentric shaft of the poker has two over-dimensioned, grease-lubricated ball bearings. The end cap of the poker is exchangeable. Changing the flexible shaft is easy­ – thanks to the quick-action coupling, no tool is required. The Tremix Maxivib is service-friendly.
