The Tremix poker vibrator Electrovib is provided with a built-in converter in the switch box that converts the frequency 50 Hz to 200 Hz, and 1-phase 230 V to 3-phase 210 V which runs the 3-phase motor in the poker. As the poker vibrator is connected to a 1-phase wall socket-outlet, it can be used everywhere. At the same time, the advantages of a strong 3-phase motor can be utilized. The comfortable start/stop knobs on the front side of the switch box are easy to reach. The converter in the switch box has built-in functions that help protect the equipment and the user against operation hazards. The strong and user-friendly switch box of impact resistant aluminium is designed to withstand tough construction environments.

The special Electrovib-C is equipped with a user friendly handle with reduced vibrations.

The Tremix EX motor-in-head poker vibrators are reliable and easy to service. A unique electric motor with extra strong eccentric weights produces high centrifugal forces and amplitudes. The high values give a good compaction effect in concrete.

Having few components, the EX poker vibrators can be easily serviced in your own workshop. It is possible to supply special hose lengths up to 12m. The poker and the end cap are made of induction hardened special steel. The poker vibrators are provided with over-dimensioned, oil lubricated ball bearings for better durability than with grease. Thermo-protections on all phases protect the winding of the electric motor against damage caused by overheating. In addition to that, the insulation class of the winding is high. The input cables are sealed in order to prevent water from entering the poker. The cable is flexible, multi-wired, cold-resistant and durable.

The EX-C is equipped with a user friendly handle with reduced vibrations.

The Tremix converter series is simple and features robust design. The series consists of three models covering needs for converters for electric vibrators. The winding insulation class of the three models is high (F) meaning a good margin when maximum power is used. Thermal protection in the mains switch prevents unnecessary damage if the converter is wrongly used.

OM 800 is the smallest model and handy to use because of its low weight. It is connected to a single phase 230 V wall socket-outlet.

OM 1800 is the middle-sized model. Available in 230V-1-50Hz or 400V-3-50Hz, its high capacity and low weight ensure good performance & workability of the OM1800 converter when two poker vibrators are used simultaneously. The robust housing can withstand heavy duty environments. An optional transport wheel kit is also available.

OM 4700 is the biggest Tremix converter. It is connected to 3-phase 400 V. Four pokers can be connected and run simultaneously. The converter is equipped with transport wheels and a foldable handle for comfortable transport on construction sites. A robust frame with a top cover efficiently protects against damage and wear.
