The Tremix EL motor-in-head poker vibrators are reliable and easy to service. Having few components, the EL poker vibrators can be easily  serviced in your own workshop. It is possible to supply special cable lengths up to 25 m. The pokers are available in diameters: 40, 48, 56 and 65 mm. The poker and the end cap are made of induction hardened special steel. The poker vibrators are provided with overdimensioned, oil lubricated ball bearings. Oil lubrication ensures a better durability than lubrication with grease. A unique electric motor with extra strong  eccentric weights produces high centrifugal forces and amplitudes. The high values give a good compaction effect in concrete. Thermic protection on all phases protects the winding of the electric motor against damage caused by overheating. In addition to that the insulation class of the winding is high. The input cables are sealed in order to prevent water from entering the poker. The cable is flexible, multi-wired, cold- resistant and durable.
